We are able to provide the level of training and Health and Safety awareness required to get you through the gate to start your journey into construction.
We don’t want to stop there though!
If a supporting contractor identifies career progression opportunities, we are able to provide or source a range of additional training to support your progression to higher roles.
Existing workers
Whether or not you have worked for agencies in the past, you will have an opinion on how they operate. We work in a transparent way that is clear and upfront. Pay rates are explained before you start and we never exaggerate the duration or conditions of a role just to get you there. As a FWSE worker, you will have access to our range of Health & Safety training to help maintain your ‘tickets’ and upskill to access higher rewarded roles.
